Attachment 1 to Statement 839 – implement a single cell tailings storage facility – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 19 November 2012.

Attachment 2 to Statement 839 – remove reference to ‘Mining rate’; ‘Stripping ratio’, ‘Communications’, and ‘Main power supply’; increase water supply from ‘Up to 7 gl/year’ to ‘Up to 9 Gl per year’; increase the ‘Disturbance Area’ for the water supply area from 200 to 300 hectares; and update the figures and provide a table of coordinates defining disturbance envelopes – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 17 December 2014.

Attachment 3 to Statement 839 – increase height of waste landforms from 375 mRL to 417 mRL including the rehabilitation cover; remove the TSF specifications including the tailings deposition rate, number of TSF cells, disturbance footprint of the TSF and the maximum height of the TSF; and clarify that the overburden and waste is for the disposal in the waste landforms – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 8 December 2016.

Attachment 4 to Statement 839 – Changes:

  • change in the Short Description to include underground mining methods (Table 1); and
  • correct an administrative error for the authorised extent of the Infrastructure Development Envelope from 4269 ha to 18,494 ha (Table 2, Figure 1 and Table 4).

Changes to proposal approved under section 45C on 18 April 2019.

Attachment 5 to Statement 839 – Addition of the reference to the Kamikaze borefield in the key characteristics table. – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 13 October 2020.

Attachment 6 to Statement 839 – Changes:
• Amendment to Proposal: Increase the authorised extent of the open pit voids from 400 ha to 420 ha.
• Amendment to Proposal: Remove the maximum number, length and width of pits as physical elements of the proposal.
• No amendments to implementation conditions. – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 3 June 2022.

Attachment 7 to Statement 839 – Changes:
An increase in disturbance footprint within the Operational Development Envelope, for the construction and operation of infrastructure for the Renewable Energy Project comprising wind turbines, a solar farm and Battery Energy Storage System. No amendments to implementation conditions. Change to proposal approved under section 45C on 1 September 2023.

Attachment 8 to Statement 839 – Changes:
Single cell tailings storage facility with in-pit deposition. Change to proposal approved under section s45C on 22 March 2024.

Attachment 9 to Statement 839 – Condition 11 is deleted and replaced. Change to proposal approved under section s45C on 23 August 2024.

Attachment 10 to Statement 800 - Amendment of descriptions of Feed Gas Pipeline System and shore crossing to incorporate additional power/control infrastructure; Describe shore crossing point of domestic gas pipeline; Amendments to Schedule 3, removing items 6 (Carbon Dioxide Injection System) and 10 (Greenhouse Gas Abatement) as they are no longer relevant. Pluto LNG Development (Site B Option), Burrup Peninsula

Attachment 1 - increment of Pluto LNG development project disturbance footprint to allow for minor infrastructure reconfiguration and realignment, and for the addition of security fencing required due to the facility being classified as a site of Vital National Importance - s45C change to proposal approved on 6 May 2008.

Attachment 2 - to include the construction of an Emergency Escape Route (walkpath) from Site B to Haul Road in the currently approved disturbance footprint of the proposal (as shown on Figure 5) - s45C change to proposal approved on 20 August 2009.

Attachment 3 - To increase the land disturbance footprint of the proposal by 3.03 hectares - change to proposal approved under s45C on 29 March 2010.

Attachment 5 - Changes:

  • Deletion of the described gas field from the Proposal preamble, to clarify that gas from other fields can be processed at Pluto LNG (as per the Public Environmental Review);
  • Deletion of the described gas turbine types used to drive the liquefaction compressors and for power generation from Schedule 1, to allow for greater flexibility in turbine design;
  • Inclusion of gas export via shipping, trucking or piping to Schedule 1, to reflect the existence of the Pluto LNG trucking facility and proposed Pluto-North West Shelf Interconnector.
  • Deletion of the described gas field Pluto North West Shelf from the Proposal Schedule 1 to gas fields.
