EPA Agency agreements

These Agency Agreements detail processes to be followed where two or more government bodies have overlapping legislative responsibilities for environmental protection.

For Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) the agreement is between the EPA and Western Australian government entities.

For Bilateral Agreements the agreement is between State and Federal Ministers.

The Office of the EPA also has MOUs in place for collaborative arrangements with other government agencies.

  • Memorandum of Understanding between the EPA, Marine Parks and Reserves Authority, Water Corporation, Department of Conservation and Land Management and the Department of Environmental Protection

  • Memorandum of Understanding between the EPA, Water and Rivers Commission, Western Australian Planning Commission, City of Armadale, City of Gosnells, Water Corporation and the Armadale Redevelopment Authority
    Published: June 6, 2004
  • Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Mines and Petroleum and the EPA in relation to the referral of Mineral and Petroleum Onshore and Offshore and Geothermal Proposals
