Appeals on the EPA's decision not to assess a referred proposal
The decision of the EPA not to assess a proposal is appealable, except when the decision includes a recommendation that the proposal be dealt with under Part V Division 2 (Clearing).
Appeals on the EPA's assessment report for proposals and schemes
Any person may lodge an appeal against the EPA's report and recommendations with the Office of the Appeals Convenor.
