Attachment 1 to Statement 1162 - Changes:
• Realignment of the on-playa development envelope and operations resulting in 498 ha increase in the development envelope and reduction of disturbance by 1,015 ha • Realignment of the off-playa development envelope and operations resulting in 2,199 ha reduction in development envelope and reduction in clearing of 247 ha • Increase the rate of brine abstraction in the first 16 years to 21.3 GL per annum with abstraction rates dropping during years 17 to 30, resulting in an overall abstraction of up to 597 GL over the life of the project • Increase in process/potable water abstraction by 0.3 GL per annum.

Attachment 3 to Statement 829 - Change to allow for an increase in mine dewatering volumes and Managed Aquifer Recharge reinjection of surplus dewatered groundwaterfor a trial period of two (2) years - approved on 11 May 2018.

Attachment 4 to Statement 829 - Removal of processing rate - approved on 21 May 2018.

Attachment 5 to Statement 829 – Up to three year extension of the current two year reinjection trial disposing of surplus water resulting from mine dewatering, reject water from reverse osmosis plant and decant from Tailings Storage Facilities (TSF), with salinity up to 30,000 mg/L TDS, into recharge basins and/or reinjection bores within the mine tenement – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 30 September 2020.

Attachment 3 to Statement 782 – Removal of different options for management of tailings in the description of the proposal; updated description of the proposal including the ‘Proposal footprint’ and ‘Mine Development Envelope’; and removal of elements that are not key proposal characteristics relevant to the environment or managed under other legislation – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 17 June 2015.

Attachment 4 to Statement 782 – Addition to pit area to enable pit remediation and removal of 2 ha from the Environmental Noise Bund area– change to proposal approved under section 45C on 12 June 2017.

Attachment 5 to Statement 782:

• Clearing of 200 hectares within the development envelope to mine two areas within the existing Fimiston open pit, referred to as Morrison and Brownhill, and develop additional supporting infrastructure;
• Addition of 4 hectares to pit area to enable mining within the Firmiston open pit; and
• Removal of 4 hectares from the Environmental Noise Bund area including updated coordinates

Change to proposal approved under section 45C on 26 June 2018

Attachment 6 to Statement 782:

• Revision of the proposal’s Development Envelope to include the Kaltails Supply Borefield
  utilised as a water supply borefield in a defined development envelope (borefield formerly
  approved under a previous ministerial statement);
• Establishment of a Managed Aquifer Recharge system (the Kaltails Managed Aquifer
  Recharge Project) utilising the existing Kaltails Supply Borefield; and
• Inclusion of 73 hectares of clearing within the revised Development Envelope to support the
  Kaltails Managed Aquifer Recharge Project (clearing formerly approved for the borefield
  under a previous ministerial statement).

Change to proposal approved under section 45C on 10 October 2018.

Attachment 7 to Statement 782 - • Changes:

• Expansion of the proposal’s Development Envelope by 272 hectares to includea two-cell paddock expansion of the Fimiston II TSF and associated infrastructure.
• Increase in the authorised extent of clearing by 295 hectares to allow the construction of the two-cell paddock expansion of the Fimiston II TSF and associated infrastructure.
• Extension of the Fimiston Open Pit to include Fimiston South.
• Change to Figure 1 and Figure 2 to detail expansion of the Fimiston II TSF, expansion of Fimiston Open Pit, change to noise bund location and Development Envelope.

Attachment 2 to Statement 476 – Change to transport route to allow transport of concentrate through Fremantle or Esperance – change to proposal approved under s45C on 8 February 2005.

Attachment 3 to Statement 476 – Construction of an access road requiring vegetation clearance between Mt Weld Mine Site and Mt Weld – Elora Road – change to proposal approved under s45C on 31 July 2006.

Attachment 4 to Statement 476 – Mt Weld Rare Earths Project Stage 2 Expansion of Operations - increase in production and associated additional infrastructure – change to proposal approved under s45C on 11 January 2012.

Attachment 5 to Statement 476 – Increase “life of project”; increase in the “area of disturbance” from approximately <270 hectares (ha) to <370 ha (55 ha for Mining Campaign 2, and 45 ha for the increase in Tailings Dam Area footprint from 27.3 to 67.3 ha) and Process Water Pond Facility (5 ha); remove “size of ore body”; remove “maximum carbon dioxide output”; and remove “development stages” – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 10 December 2013.

Attachment 7 to Statement 476 – Increase in the area of disturbance from 370 ha to 429 ha – an increase of 59 ha; and • An increase in the development envelope from 455 ha to 505 ha – an increase of 50 ha. – changes to proposal approved under section 45C on 16 September 2020.
