Attachment 1 to Statement 568 - Changes:

• Updated title and description to refer to Kemerton woodlot - Binningup woodlot deleted

• Refined general description of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) • Location description of the WWTP is updated to the current cadastral data description

• Removed references to the 2002, 2003 and 2004 projected treatment capacities - The current maximum treatment capacity (3.6 ML/day) is retained.

• Removed references to treated wastewater quality parameters (now retained solely under Part V Licence L7802)

• Removed reference to the 10 ML storage dam at Binningup and the 7.4 kilometre wastewater conveyance pipeline to Binningup, as neither will be constructed

• Removed reference to Eaton - as Eaton’s wastewater is now directed to Bunbury WWTP • Removed reference to 60 ha woodlot at Binningup

• Updated woodlot site details to reflect Kemerton woodlot - i.e general description, location, area (now 30ha)

• Removed 10ML on-site treated wastewater storage dam (no longer required at Binningup)

Christmas Creek Iron Ore Mine Expansion

Attachment 1 to Statement 1033 - temporary presence of water in mining pits - change to proposal under s45C approved on 21 July 2017.

Attachment 2 to Statement 1033 - Changes:

  • Expansion of the Christmas Creek Mine Development Envelope (Depicted by the red line within Figures 1 to 4 of Schedule 1); and
  • Changes to the clearing of locally significant vegetation in Table 2 of Schedule 1.

Attachment 3 to Statement 1033 - Changes:

  • Changes to Table 2, removing the time limit for the temporary presence of water in mining pits.

  • Below water table pits are required to be backfilled at cessation of mining to a level which will not allow the formation of permanent lakes.

Attachment 1 to MInisterial Statement 1008 - Amendments to the development envelope to allow for additional clearing and disturbance. The additional areas will allow for works including the relocation of the pedestrian bridge over Kwinana Freeway, construction of noise walls and drainage structures, and the construction of a bridge over Farrington Road.

Attachment 2 to Ministerial Statement 1008 - Changes:

  • Amend the development envelope to define:
    • a road construction and operation zone to allow the construction and operation of the Murdoch Drive connection to Roe Highway and Kwinana Freeway
    • a rehabilitation zone to allow for the rehabilitation of areas cleared as part of the original proposal and no longer required for road construction.

Attachment 2 to Ministerial Statement 1065:

  • modified location and alignment of the pipe being installed using trenchless technology including relocation of the two drill pits at either end of the 'trenchless technology' instalation
  • addition of approximately 50 metres of pipe between the new trenchless technology installation and the approved alignment which will be constructed using open trench construction methods; and
  • removal from the develpment envelope of approximately 385 metres (m) of pipe installation.
