Attachment 1 to Statement 724 – Modification of the location footprint and clarification of "Maximum Facility Footprint", "Maximum Total Area", "Infrastructure", and "Construction Laydown Envelope" - s45C change to proposal approved on 9 October 2006.

Attachment 2 to Statement 724 – Increase in power generating capacity from 200 megawatts to 208 megawatts, increase in the size of the laydown area, changes to the air emissions profile, relocation of the wastewater treatment plant, and re-alignment of the coal conveyor - s45C change to proposal approved on 18 September 2007.
