The amendment proposes to rationalise Bush Forever area 389 and transfer the remaining lot area from Rural Water Protection to Urban Deferred zone, as part of a negotiated planning solution to achieve long term protection of the Bush Forever area.

• applying a R100 and R160 coding over 31 lots within the Beckenham Activity Centre
• include warehouse/storage, transport depot, motor vehicle repair, trade display, and trade supplies additional uses to Scheme Area No. 2 (Kelvin Road, Orange Grove).
Amendment 12 proposes to rezone Lot 12 Coolgardie-Esperance Highway, Myrup from Rural to Rural Smallholdings; amending the Scheme text to create an additional use, add a restricted use and amend the Scheme maps accordingly.
The amendment proposes to transfer various lots in Viveash from ‘General Industrial’ zone and ‘Local Road’ reserve to ‘Residential Development’ zone. ‘Restricted Use’ conditions are to be inserted in Schedule 3 of the planning scheme, applicable to the amendment area.
The amendment proposes to insert Special Use No. 14 (SU14) into the scheme text and make the following modifications to the scheme map:
• Rezone Lot 721 from Tourism to SU14
• Rezone portion of Lot 722 from Tourism to SU14

The amendment proposes to insert Additional Use No.3 (AU3) into the scheme text and apply the AU3 boundary to a portion of Lot 109 South Coast Highway, Ravensthorpe.
An omnibus amendment of housing, tourism and commercial related changes to the Shire’s Local Planning Scheme No.5, including updated land use terms, definitions and permissibility, and increased residential density coding within the Mount Barker townsite.
The amendment proposes to rezone part Lot 9001 Entrance Ave, Northam from ‘Residential’ to ‘Parks and Recreation: Recreation’ and to recode remaining developable part from a residential density coding of ‘R15’ to 'R20’.
The amendment is an omnibus amendment which proposes to zone various lots from Parks and Recreation (Local) Reservation to Residential (R10/25 and R40 densities), rezone a portion of various lots from Unzoned to Residential or Urban Development, remove a portion of Additional Use No. 35 from Residential lots and reclassify Residential R15/40 lots to Parks and Recreation (Local) or Public Purpose – Public Utilities. The amendment also proposes to make various modifications to the scheme map legend and scheme text.
