Attachment 1 to Statement 999

Changes:

  • Change the size of the Southern Infrastructure Corridor (SIC) development envelope from 12,003 ha to 5,465 ha. This involves:
  • Reduction of the Southern Infrastructure Corridor development envelope by 6,668 hectares (ha).
  • Addition of 130 ha to the Southern Infrastructure Corridor development envelope for the re-alignment of the power line and maintenance track.
  • Update Figures 1, 2 and 5 and geographic coordinates as defined in Table 2 of Schedule 2.

Change to conditions approved under S45C on 6 September 2017.

Attachment 2 to Statement 999 - Amendment to condition 14-2, approved under S46C on 4 January 2021.

Attachment 3 to Statement 999 - Changes:
•Increase the extent of the Southern Infrastructure Corridor development envelope from 5,465 ha to 6,122 ha to facilitate the construction and operation of a water transfer pipeline for ongoing mining operations.
•Increase in the extent of vegetation clearing within the amended Southern Infrastructure Corridor development envelope from 246 ha to 384 ha.
•Southern Infrastructure Corridor development envelope activities to include the construction and operation of a water transfer pipeline and associated infrastructure.
•Update Figure 1 and geographic coordinates as defined in Table 2 of Schedule 2. Changes approved under s. 45C on 7 March 2024.

Attachment 1 to Statement 875 – Removal of "Greenhouse gas emissions" – change to proposal approved under section 45C on 3 January 2013.

Attachment 2 to Statement 875 – Increase the boundary of Project Area; addition of an ammonium nitrate emulsion plant and associated infrastructure; remove elements that are not a significant key characteristic relevant to the environment or are regulated under Part V of the Environmental Protection Act 1986; and update Figures and reference coordinates - change to proposal approved under section 45C on 24 January 2017.

plants in order to increase production capacity of nitric acid and ammonium
nitrate solution.
• Installation of tertiary N2O abatement technology at NAAN plants 1 and 2 prior
to debottlenecking.
• Increasing ammonium nitrate emulsion production capacity.
• Increasing storage at the ammonium nitrate emulsion plant.
• Construction of additional nitric acid and ammonium nitrate solutions storage
and load-out infrastructure and acceptance infrastructure for third-party
ammonium nitrate solutions.
• Removal of storage capacity from the proposal elements.
• Increasing water inputs.
• Reduced NOx emissions.
• Clarification that power generation extent applies to each generators.

Attachment 1 to Ministerial Statement 1212 - An increase in the total development envelope by 0.96 ha (from 1,100.3 ha to 1,101.26 ha) for the construction of an access road connecting the Woodside Solar Facility to the North West Coastal Highway. The Proposal Content Document published in the Statement of Reasons for the section 45c supersedes the ‘Proposal Content Document attachment 2’ referred to in Ministerial Statement 1212.
