The proposal is for remedial treatment of Lot 839, Railway Parade, Bassendean. The site contains various waste materials which can be traced to the site's historical land use as an iron and steel foundry, processing scrap metal from any source available including mining waste, old railway carriages and fabrication off-cuts.
