East Clontarf Residential Development

The proposal is for residential development on the East Clontarf site, approximately 18ha in size. The site is bounded by Manning Road, Centenary Avenue and the Canning River. It is zoned Urban in the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) and Residential in the City of South Perth Town Planning Scheme. The foreshore area adjacent to the proposed development is identified for protection as Bush Forever site 333 and reserved for Parks and Recreation in the MRS. Read more...

Campbell Road Estate Super-lot subdivision

The City of Gosnells proposes to amalgamate 23 individual lots within Campbell Estate totalling 49.32ha, then subdivide this into three lots to create: a ‘core’ conservation area incorporating significant high quality wetlands (6.9ha); a ‘buffer’ to the conservation area that will also provide some stormwater management (2.38ha); and a residential development area (34.7ha). Coral Coast Resort

The proposal is for the first stage of a Coral Coast Resort (CCR), which includes tourist, residential and incidental commercial facilities centred around an inland marina, at the site called Mauds Landing. The proposal is to develop a raw sugar industry on the Weaber, Keep River and Knox Creek Plains. The M2 Project is located near Kununurra within the Victoria-Bonaparte Biogeographic Region and the project area extends over approximately 76,000 ha of land comprising the Weaber, Keep River and Knox Creek Plains, and involves approximately equal areas within WA and the NT. Relocation of Broome International Airport

The proposed airport will be located in a site approximately 12 km north-east of Broome townsite. The proposal involves the construction of one main runway, parallel taxiway, turning nodes, apron parking, general aviation parking, maintenance and storage hangers and fuel storage. Proposal to dredge a portion of the Swan River and foreshore to provide access to private boathousing, Mosman Park

Mrs A MMW Bennett proposes to dredge a portion of the Swan River to provide access for a 25 m long motor boat to an underground private boatshed at Lot 55 Saunders Street Mosman Park. Access to the boatshed would involve cutting a channel through a portion of foreshore land privately owned to High Water Mark but reserved for 'Parks and Recreation'. Ascot Waters - Proposal to dredge two channels to connect an artificial wetland with the Swan River

The proposal is to dredge two channels to connect the Swan River with an internal artificial water body. Construction of the channel will involve: dredging of one 15m wide, 1 m deep channel through the System 6 area and near shore sandbars at the northern end of the wetland; the excavation of a 55m wide channel to -2.5m AHD, through the southern end of the tip site; plus the dredging of a 320m long, 55m wide navigation channel to -2.5m AHD through river shallows to connect with the main deep... Increase in size of containment cell and changes to removal of drainage outfalls at McCabe St, Mosman Park (s46) [993]

The proposal is to place contaminated materials into an enlarged portion of an engineered containment cell located onsite at McCabe Street in Mosman Park. The proponent wishes to increase the size of the containment cell and to amend the environmental conditions of Ministerial Statement 338 relating to removal of drainage outfalls at the site.
