This form is to be used for referral of Planning Schemes and Amendments to the EPA under the Planning and Development Act 2005, the Metropolitan Redevelopment Act 2011 and the Hope Valley Wattleup Redevelopment Act 2000.
All planning schemes and amendments must be referred to the EPA by the responsible authority.
