Digital transformation for EIA
Referrals and associated applications under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 can now be submitted online through the WA Government’s secure digital platform, Environment Online.
Environment Online allows proponents to submit targeted environmental information and manage applications, receive live status updates and communicate directly with the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, to streamline the environmental impact assessment process.
If you are unable to, or do not wish to use Environment Online, you can still submit applications and assessment information in other ways, including over the counter, by mail and email.
Changes will be made to the EPA website as Environment Online evolves and changes over time to meet user expectations.
