EPA Report 1363 - Australind Plant Noise Regulation 17 Variation

The Environmental Protection Authority has released its report and recommendations to the Minister for Environment on an application by Millennium Inorganic Chemicals Ltd for a variation to the assigned noise levels under regulation 17 of the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997 to apply to its Australind Plant, located at Lot 4 Old Coast Road.

EPA Report 1361 - Tropicana Gold Project

The Environmental Protection Authority has released advice and recommendations to the Minister for Environment on the proposal by Tropicana Joint Venture to develop and operate an open-cut gold mine with infrastructure and utilities located approximately 330 kilometres east northeast of Kalgoorlie and 200 km east of Laverton.

EPA Report 1360 - Macedon Gas Development

The Environmental Protection Authority has released advice and recommendations to the Minister for Environment within agreed timelines and set an Environmental Protection Statement EPS level of assessment on the proposal by BHP Billiton Petroleum Pty Ltd to construct a subsea pipeline from the Macedon Gas Field 100 kilometres west of Onslow to an onshore gas treatment and compression plant at Ashburton North Strategic Industrial Area 15 kilometres southwest of Onslow with a sales gas pipeline to the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline.
