Amendment 176 proposes to modify land use permissibility, minor changes in R-Coding and
to correct administrative errors.
To rezone the southern portion of Lot 3 to permit other land uses such as Service Station,
Road House, Fast Food Outlet, Motor Vehicle wash and Restaurant/cafe as well as
continuing truck parking.

Amendment 176 proposes to amend the definition of 'convenience store' in Schedule 1 of the
Scheme text.
Rezone from existing zones to 'Centre' with a residential density code of R-ACO, excluding
existing Parks and Recreation reserve and Civic and Cultural zone areas; to implement the
South Perth Activity Centre Plan.
Amendment 171 proposes to amend Schedule 2 - Additional uses, to insert Restricted Premises
- 'D' use for the above location.
Amendment 2 proposes to rezone the Lot 11133 Morawa Three Springs Road, Dudawa from
'Public Purpose (infrastructure Services) Reserve' to 'Rural'.
Amendment 142 proposes to insert 'Additional Use' and associated provisions in the scheme
text relating to 'Club Premises' being a discretionary use for portion of Lot 9000 Plantagenet Crescent, Hamilton Hill.
