This amendment is to reflect the new reservation over Stirling Highway from Grant Street to
Jarred Street by zoning these properties to the 'Residential' zone.

The proposed scheme amendment proposes to rezone Lot 221 Lakes Road and parts of Lot
400 Paterson Road, Nambeelup from Rural to Industrial.

Amendment 37 proposes to rezone Lot 7 Forrest Beach Road, Wonnerup from 'Agriculture'
zone to 'Conservation' zone, 'Reserve for Recreation' and 'Reserve for Public Purpose (Water Tank).

Amendment 102 proposes a Development Contribution Plan (DCP) No4 which will assist in the timely and orderly development of infrastructure for the Anstey Keane Precinct.

Amendment 104 proposes to extend the scheme boundary over Lot 5072 Atlantic Road, Hilbert
and Lots 4788 and 5001 Rowley Road, Hilbert and zone lots 5072 and 5001 as 'General Rural' under the Scheme and retain Lot 4788 as 'Primary Regional Roads' reservation under the Metropolitan Region Scheme.

Amendment 174 proposes to remove Lots 9 & 1057 Salcott Road, Girrawheen from the
'Residential' zone and include it within the 'Private Clubs & Recreation' zone under the Scheme.

Amendment 10 proposes to amend Schedule 2 - Additional Uses, to allow for the use of
Medical Centre.

Amendment 11 proposes to amend the zoning table to modify the land use permissibility of
'Convenience Store' and 'Service Station' in 'Town Centre' and 'Local Shopping' zones to a use that is not permitted.

Amendment 2 proposes to amend the designation of the amendment area from the
'Residential' zone to 'Public Purposes' local reserve.

The WAPC proposes to rezone the eastern portion of Lot 799 Wilkins Street, Bellevue from
Rural to Urban to facilitate future residential subdivision following structure planning and subdivision approval.
