Amendment 175 proposes to rezone Lot 106 Eighty Road, Baldivis, from 'Rural' to 'Special
Rural' to facilitate a three lot subdivision.

Amendment 21 proposes to insert Additional Use and associated provisions in the scheme text
relating to Workforce Accommodation being a discretionary use for portion of Lot 201 Brand Highway, Ginginup.

The City of Cockburn proposes to rezone three development areas which form part of the
Australian Marine Complex in Henderson from Special Use 2 and Special Use 22 to Strategic Industry. The development areas were introduced to facilitate and control development of the Australian Marine Complex (AMC) which has now largely been completed.

Amendment 102 proposes to insert 'Additional Use' and associated provisions in the scheme
text relating to 'Shop', specifically a pharmacy, for Lot 4 Canning Road, Kalamunda.

The Town of Victoria Park proposes to reclassify 3 lots totalling approximately 2000m2 from the Office/Residential zone to Parks and Recreation reserve. The amendment will ensure the ongoing provision of Public Open Space in the Burswood Station East Sub-Precinct.

Amendment 12 proposes to rezone Lot 151 Bentley Road, Donnybrook from 'General
Farming' to 'Residential' with a coding of R5.

Amendment 5 proposes to insert 'Additional Use' and associated provisions in the scheme text
relating to 'Caravan Park' being a discretionary use for portion of Lot 101 Glance Street, Horrocks.
