Digital 4 Pty Ltd proposes to develop Lot 802 Erindale Road Hamersley for urban development. Clearing of native vegetation will also occur within the western portion of Lot 803 to establish an Asset Protection Zone to meet requirements for bushfire management.
The urban development will include residential development, internal public road network, public open space, a conservation area, drainage swales/basins and sewer easements. The development envelope for the proposal is 33.21 hectares.
The proposal is located 11 kilometres north-west of the Perth CBD, in the City of Stirling.
Note: The proposal title has been amended to "Hamersley Residential Development and Conservation", to ensure consistency with the proponent's revised proposal content document (2025) attached below.
