Church and school, lot 68 Bertram Road, Wellard (s46)

Inquiry under s46 to amend the conditions of Ministerial Statement 160 as amended by Ministerial Statement 305.

The proponent has requested permission to continue using on-site effluent disposal systems with nutrient retention capabilities until the sewer line passes the property. The Water Authority of Western Australia will construct a sewer line along Bertram Road, past the school, which will enable the school to connect at a far lesser cost than that required by the connection to the East Parmelia pump station and rising pressure main which is approximately 500m from the school.
