Yardie Creek Road Realignment Project

The proposal is to realign a 2 - 3 kilometre (km) section of Yardie Creek Road, Shire of Exmouth. The realignment will be about 1 km south of the existing road and to the south of the Vlamingh Head Lighthouse and Ningaloo Lighthouse Holiday Park. Yangibana Rare Earths Project

The proposal is to extract and process Rare Earth Element ore from four mining pits in the Yangibana Project area. The Project area is located approximately 270 kilometres east-north-east of Carnarvon in the Shire of Upper Gascoyne. Learmonth Pipeline Fabrication Facility

Subsea 7 proposes to construct and operate an onshore pipeline fabrication facility at Lots 233 and 1586 to the east of Minilya-Exmouth Road, Learmonth, approximately 35km south of the Exmouth Townsite. Exmouth limestone project barge loading facility, Mowbowra Creek

The proposal is to construct and operate a barge loading facility south of Mowbowra Creek in the Shire of Exmouth for the export of limestone proposed to be mined from the nearby Whitecrest Limestone Mine. Extensions to the Exmouth water supply borefield

Special Residential Development, Lyndon locations 222 and 223, Exmouth

The proposal is to develop for special residential purposes Lyndon locations 222 and 223, approximately 10 kilometres south of Exmouth. The subject land is on the eastern shoreline of the Cape Range peninsula immediately inland of the coastal dunes and approximately 10 kilometres south of Exmouth.
