The amendment proposes to insert ‘Restaurant/Café’ as an additional use in existing ‘Additional Use 37’ (Schedule 2), applicable to Lots 810 and 811 Wanneroo Road, Wanneroo, and to modify existing text for ‘Shop’.

The City of Armadale proposes to rezone the West Piara Urban Precinct North from General Rural to the Urban Development zone.
The City of Swan proposes to rezone Lot 811 (No.6) Tipper Court, Hazelmere from 'General Industrial' to 'Special Use'. The rezoning will facilitate development of a commercial hub based around a service station. The scheme amendment will insert conditions of development specific to Lot 811 into Schedule 4 of the scheme text. Conditions relate to permitted land uses and requirements for sewage disposal
Transferring approximately 10.2 hectares of land in High Wycombe from the ‘Urban’ zone and ‘Rural’ zones to the ‘Parks and Recreation’ reservation in the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS). The amendment also proposes to zone a small ‘Urban’ area for future Public Open Space.
