The Telfer mine is a gold/copper mine located in the Great Sandy Desert in the Paterson Province of Western Australia, approximately 485km east southeast of Port Hedland. The proponent referred this request to consolidate Ministerial Statements 605, which relates to power supply and an infrastructure corridor, and 606, which relates to the mining , processing, and transport of ore and concentrate.
