Inquiry under s46 regarding amendment of conditions of Ministerial Statement 168. The proposed changes involve the withdrawal of three conditions and consequential changes to three commitments from the 1991 statement. Onslow Salt submitted a final proposal in January 1995 (Onslow Salt Pty Ltd, 1995), which contained a detailed description and justification for the proposed changes.
