Development of part of System Six C70 south of the Maidens, Bunbury endowment land Part of Lot 626, and Parts of Lots 301 - 4

The City of Bunbury and Homeswest are joint proponents for development of a portion of the residential zoned land within Part of Lot 626, and Parts of Lots 301 - 4. The proposal also includes retention of some areas for conservation, management of the designated conservation areas and construction of a water supply storage area.
