Proposal description
The Minister for Environment has requested the EPA to consider and provide advice under s46(1) on changes to condition 17 of Ministerial Statement 295 .
The proposal was withdrawn on 22 January 2003 subsequent to the release of the EPA's report and recommendations and the Appeals Convenor's report on appeals.
