Brine Pipeline and Outfall

Harvey Water propose to construct and operate a pipeline and ocean outfall to dispose brine wastewater. The pipeline will be located between the Kemerton Strategic Industrial Area and the Indian Ocean south of Binningup in the Shire of Harvey. The pipeline will convey brine to a single outlet diffuser outfall. Malaga to Ellenbrook Rail Works

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) proposes to construct and operate a new 13 kilometre (km) dual railway track between Malaga and Ellenbrook. CBH Kwinana Fertiliser Project

Co-operative Bulk Handling Ltd (CBH) propose to develop a facility for the import and storage of dry (granular) and liquid urea ammonium nitrate (UAN) fertiliser products.
