B & J Catalano propose to develop a granite quarry on Lot 501 Coalfields Road, Wellington, in the Shire of Harvey. The area of disturbance is up to 10 hectares. It is proposed to extract 50,000 to 100,000 tonnes of hard rock per year. The expected life of the operations is 20 years.
