Elan Energy Matrix Pty Ltd proposes to construct and operate a Tyre Resource Recovery Facility to recycle used tyres at 9 Fargo Way Welshpool, approximately 12 kilometres southeast of Perth within a ‘General Industry’ zone in the City of Canning.
