The proposal is to to increase the production of Kingstream Resources' recently assessed Mid West Iron & Steel Project Geraldton Steel Plant (GSP), at the Narngulu Industrial Estate south-east of Geraldton, from 1.0 Mt/a to 2.4 Mt/a. Mrs A MMW Bennett proposes to dredge a portion of the Swan River to provide access for a 25 m long motor boat to an underground private boatshed at Lot 55 Saunders Street Mosman Park. Access to the boatshed would involve cutting a channel through a portion of foreshore land privately owned to High Water Mark but reserved for 'Parks and Recreation'. The proposal is to redevelop the Marlston Hill site north of the Bunbury CBD for residential purposes. The proposal is to extend the existing breakwater in the northern precinct of Jervoise Bay. In summary, the breakwater extension will: commence immediately west of the Cockburn Power Boat Association facility, be 700 metres (m) long, approximately 40m wide, and cover 2.8 hectares (ha) of seabed; be constructed of limestone rubble mound, as used in the existing breakwater and has an expected construction period of 40 weeks; and form a harbour with an entrance width of 120m at mean sea level. Main Roads Western Australia proposes to reconstruct the existing two lanes into a four lane carriageway at the Bedfordale Hill section of Albany Highway between the end of the existing dual carriageway and the road train assembly area in the City of Armadale. The earthworks for the proposed carriageway encroach onto Bungendore Park which is part of System 6 Recommendation MSO - Darling Scarp.
