The proponent, Mr Graeme Robertson, proposes to extract and process lime on Lot 9005 Rock Cliff Circle, Nullaki Peninsula, Albany. The proposal is located 10 kilometres south east from the Denmark townsite. The Albany Port Authority (APA) proposes to undertake maintenance dredging to remove 'high spots' within the Port of Albany entrance channel and harbor basin, to reinstate navigation depths.
