Inquiry under section 46 of the, Envrionmental Protection Act 1986, regarding Environmental Conditions 7-1, 8-1, and 8-2 of Ministerial Statement 531 issued by the Minister on 17 December 1999 setting out that the Kwinana International Motorplex proposal may be implemented.
