Information: 

Attachment 1 - increase in the capacity of the two captive power plants from 20 to 22 Megawatts (MWs); change the package (plant start-up) boiler configuration from two 100 tonne per hour (tph) boilers to a 150 and 50 tph boiler; and install one 5 Megawatt emergency diesel generator instead of two 2 MW emergency diesel generators - s45C change to proposal approved 6 October 2004.

Attachment 2 - approval to export ammonia from Stage 1 of the Dampier Port Authority Bulk Liquids Jetty - s45C change to proposal approved October 2004.

Attachment 3 - change to a Schedule 1 characteristic (start-up steam generation) - s45C change to proposal approved 13 December 2005.

Attachment 4 - change to a commitment (isolation valves along the ammonia export pipeline); and to a description in the Public Environmental Review of the ammonia export process, specifically, the management of liquid ammonia in the pipeline - s45C change to proposal approved 11 September 2006.

Attachment 5 - increase in disturbance from 28 hectares to 29 hectares; increase in ammonia production capacity; increase in atmospheric emissions; increase in wastewater discharge and some contaminant concentrations; amendments to the structure and content of Table 1: Summary of key proposal characteristics in Schedule 1 - s45C change to proposal approved 5 August 2015.
