This Statement has been amended by Ministerial Statement 0897 dated 9 May 2012.
A Notice of Interim Implementation Conditions was issued on 27 September 2016 and should be read in conjunction with this Statement and Ministerial Statement 0897, and is to have effect until a further statement is published under section 45(5) as applied by section 46(8) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986.
Pursuant to section 46A(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, the following Interim Implementation Conditions in this Notice are to have effect instead of implementation condition 4 of Ministerial Statement 0728 dated 14 September 2006, and replaces condition 4 of Ministerial Statement 0897.
The Interim Implementation Conditions are to be read in conjunction with Ministerial Statement 0728 and are to have effect until a further statement is published under section 45(5) as applied by section 46(8) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986. All other conditions of Ministerial Statement 0728 continue to have effect.
