Amendment 73 proposes to remove the requirement for development approval for incidental development in the Water Prone Control Area, which will not impact the quality of ground water, and not be affected by flooding. This would include outbuildings, pergolas, patios, garages, carports, decks, verandas, swimming pools, retaining walls, cubby houses, solar panels and demolition of buildings.
