Amendment 183 proposes to:
• Rezone approximately 6.5 ha of Lot 33 Padbury Avenue, Millendon and a portion of the Padbury Avenue road reserve, to 'Swan Valley Rural';
• Rezone approximately 1.5 ha of Lot 9332 Hammersley Road, Caversham (formerly Riverbank Detention facility) to 'Swan Valley Rural; and
• Amend the Scheme Maps accordingly.
The Shire of Collie proposes to introduce a new local planning scheme to replace its existing
scheme. The new scheme proposes a number of changes including new zones, additional uses to reflect actual land uses and the introduction of several Special Control Areas.

Amendment 146 to Town Planning Scheme 3 proposes to rezone a portion of Lot 705 and 706 Armadale Rd Treeby (approximately 47.7 ha) from 'Resource' to 'Development', and amend the Scheme map and text accordingly.
The Western Australian Planning Commission proposes to zone and reserve land currently under the planning control of Development WA (formerly Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority). These areas were previously removed from the Metropolitan Region Scheme.
Amendment 181 proposes to rezone a portion of Lot 1 and a portion of Lot 2 Great Northern,
Highway Bullsbrook from 'General Rural' to 'Residential Development'; rezone a portion of Lot 1 Vale Road,
Hazelmere from 'Rural Residential' to 'Light Industrial' with 'Restricted Use'; and rezone a portion of Lot 100
Weir Road, Malaga from Regional Reserve 'Public Purposes' to 'Industrial Development'.
