The amendment proposes several changes, including to rezone Lot 50 Forrest Street, East Bunbury from ‘Local Road’ to ‘Residential (R40/80)’, apply a ‘Development Areas Special Control Areas’ designation, and insert a new table in ‘Schedule 3 – Table 6 – Additional Site and Development Requirements’.
Amendment 330 proposes to rezone already developed structure plan areas within the Shire of Murray’s Local Planning Scheme 4 from ‘Residential Development’ to the relevant zones, residential density code and or/reserved land as part of its structure plan normalisation process.
The amendment proposes the rationalisation of several structure plans associated with DA 4, 5, 26, 27, 31 and 41, and administrative scheme text changes. The scheme maps are to be updated accordingly.
