The purpose of this amendment, to rezone the abovementioned land (amendment area) to “Special Use”zone, is to facilitate redevelopment for the RSLWA on the basis that future development aligns with thescheme objectives of this zone. The “Special Use” zone is intended to set the parameters of land use and builtform which will facilitate further design investigations as part of a future Development Application.
The purpose of Amendment No. 88 is to rezone Lot 7, 106 Guildford Road, Maylands from 'Service Station' to 'Medium and High Density Residential' with the R50 density code, amend Schedule 10 to introduce a new Special Control Area (SCA) and associated development provisions covering Lot 7, 106 Guildford Road, Lot 8, 4 and Lot 5, 6 Third Avenue East, Maylands and amend the Scheme Map accordingly.

Amendment 183 proposes to:
• Rezone approximately 6.5 ha of Lot 33 Padbury Avenue, Millendon and a portion of the Padbury Avenue road reserve, to 'Swan Valley Rural';
