Amendment 122 is an omnibus amendment that proposes to normalise lands within the Harrisdale and Piara Waters precincts in accordance with development that has progressed under adopted structure plans. The amendment also proposes minor scheme text changes and rationalisation of zone boundaries.
The amendment proposes to modify the land use permissibility for a ‘Grouped Dwelling’ within the ‘Rural’ zone from a not-permitted (‘X’) use to a discretionary (‘D’) use. The amendment is to provide for additional residential accommodation on agricultural properties within the Shire.
The omnibus amendment proposes Scheme text changes to LPS 5 to resolve administrative and minor technical matters since its gazettal and implementation. The omnibus amendment clarifies areas of ambiguity in the scheme, to ensure the scheme text is as clear as possible.
The amendment proposes an additional use for Lot 66 Balcatta Road, Balcatta to allow ‘Drive Through Fast Food Outlet’ on the site and rectify a land use zoning anomaly. The site contains existing development/buildings.
Amendment 3 proposes to rezone various lots from the ‘Service Commercial’ zone to the ‘Mixed Use’ zone; amend Scheme Tables, 3, 4 and 7 to remove reference to ‘Service Commercial’ and its Objectives; and amend the Scheme Maps accordingly.
The amendment proposes to rezone the land within the MacNaughton Crescent Structure Plan (to reflect existing development) from ‘Urban Development’ to the ‘Residential’ zone, ‘Public Open Space’ and ‘Local Road’ reserves and apply the ‘R25’, ‘R30’ and ‘R40’ residential density codes
Amendment 113 proposes a Development Contribution Plan to the High Wycombe South (HWS) Residential Precinct and to request the Western Australian Planning Commission amend the Metropolitan Region Scheme to reclassify specific areas identified as Local Open Space on the HWS Residential Precinct Local Structure Plan within the ‘Green Link’, from ‘Urban’ to ‘Parks and Recreation
The amendment proposes to rezone ‘Mixed Use (R-AC1)’ lots generally located within the Nedlands Stirling Highway Activity Corridor to the ‘Residential’ (R60 and R160) and ‘Neighbourhood Centre’ zones, and to introduce provisions to the Scheme to guide future development within the subject lots
Amendment 207 proposes to rezone various residential lots located within the City of Wanneroo’s Hainsworth Local Structure Plan No. 98 from ‘Urban Development’ to ‘Residential’ (with residential density codes of R40 and R60); reclassify Lot 500 (2) Blossomwood Road, Girrawheen (on DP: 413837) from the ‘Urban Development’ zone to ‘Local Scheme Reserve – Public Open Space’ and amend the Scheme Maps accordingly.
Amendment 26 proposes to rezone Lot 60 from ‘Rural Residential’ to ‘Priority Agriculture’ zone; delete ‘Rural Residential Area 26’ from Schedule Two - Rural Residential Additional Requirements; Revoke Subdivision and Development Guide Plan approval; and amend the Scheme Map accordingly.
