The City of Albany proposes to rezone Lot 5780 Down Road South, Drome from Priority Agriculture to Special Use No. 26 to facilitate the development of the Albany Motorsport Park. Development and use of the Motorsport Park is required to be in accordance with the conditions specified in Schedule 4 of the scheme, the Albany Motorsport Park Precinct Plan and approved management plans for Noise, Water, Hydrocarbons, Waste, Dust, Acid Sulphate Soils, Protected Exclusion Zone, Decommissioning and Construction.

The City of Kalamunda proposes to zone a portion of Cambridge Reserve in Forrestfield to Urban Development. The zoning will facilitate the Cambridge Reserve Community Enhancement Project which aims to deliver local open space improvements, an aged care facility, residential development, roads and supporting infrastructure.
The City of Armadale proposes to introduce 3 lots currently under the Armadale Redevelopment Scheme 2 into its local planning scheme. Lot 2 Keane Road and Lot 4853 Allen Road are proposed to be reserved as Parks and Recreation and Lot 9500 Armadale Road is proposed to be zoned Industrial Development.
