Project Proponent Wesfarmers CSBP Ltd Proposal description Inquiry under s46 into the request for changes to the implementation conditions of Ministerial Statement 034 and Ministerial Statement 470. CSBP proposes to export shipments of anhydrous ammonia from the Fremantle Ports’ Bulk Cargo Jetty at Kwinana to overseas markets, utilising its existing ammonia storage tanks, ammonia transfer pipeline (previously used for ammonia importation) and mobile loading/unloading arm trolley. The only additional item required to facilitate ammonia export is an export pump which is proposed to be installed in the ammonia transfer line near to the 30,000 tonne ammonia storage tank. The inventory of ammonia in the ammonia transfer pipeline will be the same as for an import operation.
