The Port Kennedy Regional Recreation Centre – Becher Point, Stage 1 proposal is for the creation of a major public recreation area and conservation park at Port Kennedy. Stage 1 of the proposal included a hotel, marina, holiday accommodation, two golf courses, and conservation areas.
