Salt Lake Potash proposes to develop the Lake Way SOP Demonstration Plant. The proposal is ocated in and around Lake Way, approximately 25 kilometres south of Wiluna. The proponent has requested consideration be given to removal of condition 9, which is the spider monitoring program. The Minister noted, that during the assessment of the proposal, offsets were proposed by the proponent but were not conditioned in Ministerial Statement 805.
