This proposal is for the first of two stages of long-term shellsand dredging, involving the continuation of shellsand extraction from specific locations on Success Bank, Parmelia Bank and West Success Bank, Owen Anchorage. Stage 1, as proposed, would create a 1.5km wide by 15m deep seaway through Success and Parmelia Banks by 2014.
