This Statement has been amended by Ministerial Statement 0990 in relation to the construction of coastal structures to establish a harbour entrance to the Port Geographe Development with reduced trapping of seagrass wrack, and by Ministerial Statement 0989 in relation to the construction of an onshore canal land development at Geographe Bay.
