Information:
Attachment 1 to Statement 274 - Changes:
- Incorporate Part of Lot 12 of the Red Hill Waste Management Facility into the authorised extent of MS 274;
- To construct and operate landfill cells within Part of Lot 12 as per L8889; and
- To construct separately located leachate ponds on Lot 12 where:
- One area is used to store leachate generated from the greenwaste processing area; and
- One area is used to store leachate generated from Class III cells.
Attachment 2 to Statement 274 – Changes:
- Incorporate Part Lots 8, 9 and 10 of the Red Hill Waste Management Facility into the authorised extent of MS 274
- Decommission the existing garden organics processing area within Lot 12
- Construct and operate a garden organics processing area within Lots 9 and 10
- No amendments to existing implementation conditions.
