Attachment 1 to Statement 024 - Lot 5892 Maralla Road Bullsbrook M70/326 to be deleted from the proposal area – section 45C change to proposal approved on 8 May 2008.
Attachment 2 to Statement 024 - an additional proponent, Urban Resources Pty Ltd, to operate an additional sand quarry and processing works under Statement 024. This new sand quarry and processing works to be situated on Lot 5892 Maralla Road Bullsbrook M70/326. This means that Urban Resources Pty Ltd and Rocla Pty Limited will both be subject to the conditions of Statement 024, with each proponent having responsibility restricted to its respective piece of land– section 45C change to proposal approved on 20 January 2011.
