Amendment 203 proposes to rezone part Lot 103 Harris Road and part Lot 436 (No. 96) Martin Pelusey Road from 'General Farming' to 'Development' zone, Lot 110 Harris Road from 'Restricted Use' for 'Timber Sales and Storage' to 'Development' zone; and amend 'Appendix 5 - Restricted Use Zones' to delete Restricted Use 10.

The Shire of Harvey proposes to reclassify a portion of Lot 61 adjoining the current Hope Christian School, from ‘General Farming’ zone to ‘Public Purpose – School' reserve to facilitate the expansion of the school site.
The Western Australian Planning Commission proposes to amend the Metropolitan Region Scheme to transfer land along a section of Breakwater Drive between Lisford Avenue and the Mitchell Freeway reservation (herein referred as Breakwater Drive) from Urban, Urban Deferred, Rural zones and Parks and Recreation reservation to the Other Regional Roads reservation.
The Western Australian Planning Commission proposes to transfer approximately 8,028 square metres of land in Cottesloe from the Public Purposes – Special Uses reservation to the Urban zone. The site is occupied by Old Cable Station, listed on the State Register of Heritage Places, and was previously used as the McCall Centre. The proposed urban zoning is to facilitate the sale of the land, which is surplus to Government requirements
To reclassify a portion of Lot 253 from Local Scheme Reserve (Public Purposes – Water Authority of Western Australia) to Residential R17.5 and amend the Scheme Map accordingly. The proposed Scheme Amendment seeks to formalise the existing use of the land as garden space by repositioning the boundary between Lots 253 and 311.
