The City of Karratha proposes to rezone Lot 589 and a portion of Lot 588 from 'Strategic Industry'
to 'Conservation, Recreation and Natural Landscape' reservation, and delete the Withnell Bay
Special Control Area from the Scheme Maps and Sections 7.1 and 7.8 of the Scheme Text

The City of Belmont proposes to remove Development Area 8 (a special control area precinct)
from its scheme. The amendment will facilitate the amalgamation of Lot 603 with Garvey
Park. The remaining lots are zoned and developed as residential land.

Amendment 165 proposes to modify the objective of the Mixed Use zone to be consistent with
the Planning Regulations, and modify some permissible land uses within this zone.

The City of Swan has initiated Amendment 160 to rezone Lot 71 Railway Avenue and Lots 72-
75, 100 Toodyay Road, Middle Swan from 'Residential Development' to 'Residential R20/40'.

The Town of Victoria Park proposes to change its signage requirements.

The Shire of Laverton has initiated Amendment 3 to align its Town Planning Scheme 2 with the
Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015. No map or zoning
changes are proposed as part of this amendment.

The City of Rockingham has initiated Amendment 173 to align with the Planning and Development
(Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015. The proposed Scheme Amendment includes minor amendments to
the Scheme Text to ensure consistency with the Regulations.

The City of Gosnells has initiated Amendment 177 to extend the period of operation of four
DCP's to 1 November 2023.

The City of Swan has initiated Amendment 169 to insert Development Contribution Plan
provisions into the existing Development Contribution Area 4 - South Bullsbrook Industrial
Precinct. The proposal is to insert specific cost sharing provisions for land already identified
as a Development Contribution Area in the Scheme Maps
