The Shire of Denmark propose to delete Clause 5.3.7 Ancillary Accommodation from the
Local Planning Scheme 3 text, to be consistent with the Planning and Development (Local
Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.

The City of Swan has initiated Amendment 199 to amend the scheme text to include provisions

Council, as part of a Structure Plan or an approval to commence development and/or

The City of Kalamunda has initiated Amendment 106 to rezone/reclassify land within the Kalamunda Activity Centre Plan area to the ‘Centre C1 – Kalamunda’ zone, ‘Centre’ zone, and ‘Local Open Space’ reserve by amending the scheme map. Administrative scheme text amendments are also proposed. The purpose of the amendment is to facilitate the Kalamunda Activity Centre Plan over the Kalamunda District Centre
The City of Rockingham proposes to rezone Lot 111 Endeavour Drive, Port Kennedy from ‘Community Purpose: Child Minding Centre’ to ‘Residential 20’. This Amendment proposes to facilitate a residential dwelling and maintain the childcare centre.
The City of Bunbury proposes to incorporate an additional Schedule along with new text that supports arrangements for establishing a design review panel. This is to support ‘good design’ in consideration of complex planning proposals.
Amendment 193 proposes to amend the use class table to allow ‘Medical Centre’ to reflect the
existing land use as a dental practice.
The proposed amendment is to amend the scheme map to rezone portions of Lot 5131 and
part Lot 705 Jandakot Road Treeby from the Resource to Development zone and include the
lots in Development Area 44 (DA44). The amendment proposes to amend the scheme text to
insert DA 44 into Table 9, with associated provisions.
