Amendment 320 proposes to insert Development Contribution Area No. 5 (DCA 5) and associated development contribution plan provisions into Local Planning Scheme 4. The proposed amendment area is Lots 10, 11, 193, and 195-198 Kwel Road, Pinjarra. The proposed amendment is to facilitate the collection of financial contributions to support services and infrastructure for future subdivision, in accordance with the approved Kwel Road Structure Plan.
Amendment 10 proposes to modify and replace existing provisions within the City of Vincent’s Local Planning Scheme 2, including changing the land use permissibility table for ‘Caretakers’ dwellings’ and rezoning Lots 9 & 100 Haynes Street, North Perth from ‘Residential’ to ‘Public Open Space’.
Amendment 159 proposes to rezone various landholdings on Rowley Road, Mandogalup from ‘Rural A’ zone to the ‘Development ‘zone.
Amendment 161 proposes to rezone various landholdings on Hoffman Road, Mandogalup from ‘Rural A’ zone to the ‘Development ‘zone.
The amendment proposes to rezone Lot 500 Wellington Mill Road, Wellington Mill from ‘State Forest’ to ‘Rural’ under the Greater Bunbury Region Scheme. Lot 500 was excised from state forest in 2020 and sold into private ownership. The proposed amendment is a rationalisation, providing for an appropriate zoning to reflect the current and historic use of the site for a residential premises.
Amendment 53 proposes to insert additional scheme text at Clause B of Schedule 9 within the
City of Busselton Local Planning Scheme 21. The proposed amendment is to clarify that subject
to the provisions of Schedule 9, illuminated, animated and digital advertising signage is not
exempt from the requirement for development approval from the City.
Amendment 205 proposes to rezone Lot 2 Harold Douglas Drive and part Lot 185 Venn Road,
Dardanup West to facilitate subdivision and development. The amendment also proposes to
introduce additional requirements for ‘Area 19 Dardanup Park’ to Appendix VIII in the scheme
text.
Amendment 129 proposes to amend Scheme maps to identify on Lots 11 and 112 Thompson Road, Cookernup Additional Use No. 19 and to amend Schedule 7- Schedule of Additional Uses to permit development of tourism-based nature land uses.
Amendment 6 proposes to update the Shire of Cuballing Local Planning Scheme to provide for general consistency with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 and facilitate efficiencies in local planning. The amendment proposes to modify and replace existing provisions, zonings, and the land use permissibility table, with updated scheme text.
Amendment 10 proposes to rezone Lot 1 Vive Avenue and Lots 2 – 4 Camberwarra Drive, Craigie to reflect existing subdivision and development that has occurred in accordance with the approved Craigie High School Site Local Structure Plan. The proposed amendment includes the rezoning from ‘Urban Development’ to ‘Residential’, ‘Public Open Space’ and ‘Local Road Reserves’. Relevant residential density codes are proposed for areas to be zoned ‘Residential’. The amendment also proposes to insert requirement No. 4 at Table 8 of the Scheme, to provide for retention of trees along Camberwarra Drive.
