Amendment 336 proposes to rezone Lot 39 (no. 1818) Lakes Road in North Dandalup from the ‘Rural’ zone to ‘Special Rural’ (RR34) zone in the Shire of Murray Local Planning Scheme 4 and amend the scheme text and maps.
The amendment proposes several changes, including rezoning Lots 137 and 802 from ‘Local Distributor Road’ and ‘Rural’, and Lots 912, 913 and 914 from ‘Foreshore’ to the ‘Tourism’ zone, respectively. Lots 802, 912, 913 and 914 will be inserted in ‘Restricted Use No. 9’ in ‘Schedule 3 – Restricted Uses’ of the scheme text.
The amendment proposes to rezone Lot 556 from the ‘Foreshore’ reserve to the ‘Tourism’ zone and insert Lot 556 within ‘Restricted Use No. 12’ in ‘Schedule 3 – Restricted Uses’ of the scheme text.
The amendment proposes to insert ‘(3)’ under ‘Clause 35 – Restrictive Covenants’, in relation to land described under ‘Special Use 1 (SU1) – Technology Park, Bentley’, in ‘Schedule D – Special Use Zones’. The purpose of the amendment is to extinguish 29 restrictive covenants currently applicable to various lots within the amendment area, which will enable the preparation of a future precinct structure plan.
The Shire of Boyup Brook has prepared draft Local Planning Scheme 3 (LPS 3) as an update to the Shire’s existing LPS 2 to ensure consistency with the requirements of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, the Shire’s Local Planning Strategy, and relevant state planning legislation and policies.
The amendment proposes to modify ‘Table 4 – Specified Additional Use for Zoned Land in Scheme Area’ by inserting ‘Additional Use (AU) 2’, Lot 3000 Meadow Springs Drive, Meadow Springs, and AU 3, Lots 400 and 401 Country Club Drive, Dawesville. Lots 3000, 400 and 401 are currently zoned ‘Private Community Uses’ and AU 2 and AU 3 are proposed to enable Tourist and Visitor Accommodation as a ‘P’ use over the lots.
The amendment proposes to rezone part Lot 507 Salerno Drive, Mindarie from ‘Private Community Purposes’ to ‘Residential R40’.
The City of Busselton (the City) has prepared draft Local Planning Scheme 22 (LPS 22), which proposes a consolidation and update of the existing LPS 21 in a manner and format consistent with requirements of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, the City’s Local Planning Strategy, and relevant state planning legislation and policies.
The City of Kwinana has prepared draft Local Planning Scheme 4 (LPS 4) as an update to the City’s existing Local Planning Scheme’s 2 and 3 to ensure consistency with the requirements of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, the City’s Local Planning Strategy, and relevant state planning legislation and policies.
The amendment proposes to transfer approximately 8.08 hectares of land in Brabham from the ‘Urban’ zone to the ‘Public Purposes – High School’ reservation.
